ETS understands that your data needs to be protected at all times. Whether it is legacy data stored on corporate server hard drives to confidential configuration instructions residing on firmware inside IT equipment, ETS knows how to safely manage and control the physical assets that hold it. We follow strict NIST 800-88 guidelines for erasing data and adhere to security protocols, whether the equipment is active technology or being retired.
Our custody of your sensitive data hardware is meticulously documented, and a detailed list of items collected and handled will be provided along with a certificate of destruction upon completion.
All ETS ITAD technicians are extensively vetted and submit to thorough background checks.
