Safety starts at the top. The Alamon Safety Committee consists of a broad range of members with decades of experience in our fields. We engage with field and office personnel monthly to get our safety message from the top to the boots on the ground personnel. We perform weekly safety calls with each of our groups and take any opportunity to improve our processes to ensure our teams go home in the same condition they came to work in.

• We utilize the latest technology to keep our employees updated with the latest regulations and track documentation in real-time.
• We provide our own In-House Tower Climber and Rescue training facility in Chino, CA.
