Has the ‘Holy Grail’ of EV Charging Finally Been Unlocked?
If you’re not familiar with British startup, Nyobolt, it’s time to read up on them. Their new 35kWh lithium-ion battery was charged from 10% to 80% in under five minutes in a live demonstration last week.
One of the biggest obstacles to EV adoption in the U.S. is the time required to charge. The other barrier to overcome is the lack of public charging infrastructure. Alamon’s Energy Services division is working on the latter issue, providing EV charging station installation and maintenance services across the U.S.
