Leadership is Key

Among the qualities required of our leaders at Alamon is that each strives to keep the company on the cutting edge. Many of those in our leadership team are meeting at headquarters in Montana this week to share their ideas and plans for moving Alamon forward.

We will focus on how to better serve our customers, employee safety, our culture of employee ownership and increasing our process efficiencies, along with other topics. Valuing the input of managers and staff is a big part of what has made Alamon a thriving company for more than four decades.
