Alamon attends ESOP Conference
Alamon is an employee owned company and is constantly looking for ways to help make ourselves a better company for our customer and our employees. To this regard, Alamon recently attended the NCEO, Employee Ownership Conference. The conference provided the attendees an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the entire ESOP picture. It gave attendees an opportunity to see how companies can work to create a better ESOP culture for the good of the employees as well as the company’s bottom line. The conference also gave Alamon a chance, for the first time, to meet a number of other services providers to ensure we continue to get the best possible service at a reasonable price.
Alamon will continue to try to find ways to help become a better company for the good of our employees as well as our customers.
