Educational Opportunity

Alamon tower crews are packing their bags for a week-long training course at the new Ericsson center of excellence training facility in Concord, California.

Everyone from the tower hand to the project manager, has been invited to this collaborative session. The material will cover safety precautions for site installations, the proper use of tools and instruments, project prerequisites and expectations, and new and beneficial ways of working.

The course simulates the scope of work from start to finish, defining the entire construction process. This training will build a strong foundation for Alamon’s crews and promote a long working relationship with Ericsson.
