Working on the Railroad
Alamon has been working with BNSF railroad to update the data cabling in one of their major rail yards.
The Alamon crew worked with BNSF to organize and schedule access to highly sensitive areas in the administrative offices and control rooms to build raceway in the main hallways and pull cabling into offices through the false ceilings.
This new Category 6 cabling will enable BNSF to deploy VOIP phones, use new computer stations in the remodeled areas and place new controls for the operation and security of the rail yard in the control rooms.
We look forward to expanding our relationship with BNSF in the new year.
