Alamon crews work throughout the U.S. on a wide variety of projects. Our Wireless Services crews are based south of Los Angeles. Our Utility Services department has west and east coast offices, and each of our departments has projects underway all over the country at any given time.

Alamon is unique, in that it enables you to share in the current and future economic benefits of company ownership.
When you work for Alamon, you’re not only taking home a paycheck, you’re receiving shares in the company that earn you nearly three times the retirement assets of the same job at a non-ESOP company.
Unlike a traditional IRA or 401k retirement plan, you don’t contribute your own money to it. Alamon does. Since the 1990s, we have contributed millions of dollars to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan for the retirement of employee owners.
