50th Anniversary Employee Interview Instructions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• Please book an available time slot for your employee interview by clicking the BOOK NOW button. If you can’t find a time that works for you, please reach out and we can look at other options.
• You will receive a separate invite once your time is confirmed. This will be from Riverside.fm (the application where the interview will take place). You may need to check your spam folder.
• Please confirm via email response once you receive this second invite.

DAY OF INTERVIEW:

• Please click Riverside link and sign in 5-10 minutes prior to your start time.
• Interviews will be set for 50 minutes max and clips from multiple interviews will be featured on the final production.
• Use the best webcam and microphone you have access to.
• Please have a light source in front of you (facing you), so we can capture the best video possible. Avoid locations where a window is behind you. Strong light coming from behind you will cause your camera’s automatic exposure settings to adjust for the bright background – not for your face. You will appear too dark on the video as a result.
